CHLSHOP.CA is the official online store for the CHL, the Canadian Hockey League. The Canadian Hockey League and is the governing body for Major Junior Hockey in Canada. Its precursor was the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association (CAHA). The CHL currently oversees the Western Hockey League (WHL), the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) and the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). All three leagues have teams in both Canada and the United States. Each league plays individual regular season schedules, and playoffs. The annual CHL championship is determined by the Memorial Cup tournament held in May.

• On the home page (and some other main pages) of this site, there's a product selector box near the upper-left of the site. Here, you can follow a link to all new products, all discount items, or items within a particular category. Some of these selections can also be found within this site's title banner.

• Another method of locating the product you're after is to use the search feature on the upper left part of the site. Simply enter some keywords into the "Search the Store" box and click the search button to the right.

Our average shipping charge for most North American orders is $12. For orders containing more than 2 items, a $1 surcharge will apply for each additional item. Larger items and international shipments will be subject to additional charges which will be calculated separately, and you will be notified of the charges.

If you wish to return an item you've purchased, you must first email us or talk to one of our customer service reps at 1-800-950-8201 to get a return authorization number. This is important: we will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges.
When sending your merchandise back, package it carefully. The original packaging is preferred, if you didn't shred it in your enthusiasm to open it. Please mark the return authorization number clearly on the package and enclose a note with your personal information, i.e. name, phone number, etc. Return the package via regular post only; returns shipped any other method won't be accepted.
