This web site makes use of Javascipt and Cascading Style Sheets, and it's important that your browser is up to date in order to view everything properly and without difficulty. If everybody stays up to date, it makes life much easier for people who surf the web, and for those who create the sites they view. We've done our best to make this site as convenient and user friendly as possible. There are many methods of finding the ECHL product you're looking for:

• If you're looking for merchandise for a specific team, just click any of the team logos you see above, just below the main site header. If you're looking for merchandise for a team that's no longer active in the ECHL, simply click the "ECHL Archives" button in the "Shop" panel on the left side of the page; you'll be presented with a menu of older ECHL teams to choose from.

• If there's a specific type of product you're looking for, like a hat or a keychain for instance, simply move your cursor over the "Categories" button in the "Shop" panel on the left side of the page. A drop down menu will appear, containing all the product types we currently have available. Simply click on one of these to see our selection of that item. If no menu appears when you hover over the "categories" button, simply click the button and you'll be taken to a page that has the options layed out for you.

• If you still can't find the product you're looking for, simply type some key words pertaining to the item you're looking for into the "Product Search" box located in the "Shop" panel on the left side of the page, and click the "Search!" button. An acceptable search query could be something like "bombers replica jersey".

• If the above options fail or you just get tired of searching, please send us a message or call us at 1-800-950-8201 and we'd be happy to help you out.

• If your browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer 5+, go to the ECHL.RIVERCITYSPORTS.COM home page and select "Tools" and "Internet Options" from the toolbar at the top of the screen. Click on the tab labeled "General" and go to the "Home Page" section. You can either enter the ECHLSHOP URL (http://echlshop.rivercitysports.com/) in the dialog box, or select the "Use Current" button. Click "OK." The next time you start Internet Explorer or click the "Home" button on the toolbar, you'll go directly to ECHLSHOP.RIVERCITYSPORTS.COM!

• If your browser is Netscape Communicator 4.76+, go to http://echlshop.rivercitysports.com/. While on this page, select "Edit" and "Preferences" from the toolbar at the top of the screen. In the "Navigator" section, type http://echlshop.rivercitysports.com/ into the "Location" field, or select the "Use Current Page" button. The next time you start Netscape Communicator or click the "Home" button on the toolbar, you'll go directly to ECHLSHOP.RIVERCITYSPORTS.COM!

• If your browser is Netscape Navigator 4.76+, select "Options" and "General Preferences" from the toolbar at the top of the screen. Select the tab labeled "Appearance" and enter "http://echlshop.rivercitysports.com/" in the "Start With:" dialog box. Make sure to select the "Home Page Location" radio button and click "OK." The next time you start Netscape or click the "Home" button on the toolbar, you'll go directly to ECHLSHOP.RIVERCITYSPORTS.COM!

• The steps for any other browser should be very similar: just find the 'Preferences' or 'Options' menu and follow the general directions above.

If you ordered online we'll email back within 24 - 48 hours, confirming in-stock items and explaining your total charges, including shipping and applicable taxes.
Our average shipping charge for most North American orders is $12. For orders containing more than 2 items, a $1 surcharge will apply for each additional item. Larger items and international shipments will be subject to additional charges which will be calculated separately, and you will be notified of the charges.

If you wish to return an item you've purchased, you must first email us or talk to one of our customer service reps at 1-800-950-8201 to get a return authorization number. This is important: we will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges.
When sending your merchandise back, package it carefully. The original packaging is preferred, if you didn't shred it in your enthusiasm to open it. Please mark the return authorization number clearly on the package and enclose a note with your personal information, i.e. name, phone number, etc. Return the package via regular post only; returns shipped any other method won't be accepted.
