Here's a brief run-down: HTML emails will be much more attractive than a plain text email and will contain pictures and well-formatted text and hyperlinks. Ideally, this is the type you want to choose and is, in all likelyhood, supported by your email program.
A plain text email is not as convenient or easy on the eyes, but if your email program doesn't accept HTML based emails, it may be the choice for you. We recommend trying HTML first, and if you have problems reading what you recieve, just come back here and change your selection!
