Shipping times are only a guideline and dependant of inventory being in our warehouse. In some cases it must be transferred from one of our retail locations and this can add 1-3 days. Our inventory is LIVE online but there may be rare occasions when products can not be located, and in this case we will notify you as quickly as possible.
*Xpresspost 1-2 Day service can be added to orders shipping within Canada at checkout for only $9.99.
Shipping Times and Rates
• USA: 4-8 business days by expedited post. $12 for the first 2 items, and $2 for each additional item.
• Canada: 2-8 business days by expedited post. $12 for the 1st two items, and $1 for each additional item.
• Canadian Air Stage Offices: 2-8 business days by expedited post. $20 for the 1st two items, and $2 for each additional item.
• All other countries: $20 for the 1st item, $20 for the 2nd item, and $3 for each additional item. If actual shipping costs exceed these amounts, we will bill the true amount.
• If ordering small items in large quantities, please call customer service (1-800-950-8201) to place your order. They can reduce your shipping over the phone.
• If you require Express Post shipping (1-3 days), please call 1-800-950-8201 to place your order.
• In-stock orders ship the next business day unless we're swamped (like around Christmas) when it might take another day or so to ship. Remember, too, that shipping times can be affected by other factors we can't do much about! Shipment delays of 1-5 days may also occur if transfers are required from one of our stores to our shipping center. Most shipments go direct from our warehouse.

Our site displays prices in USD or CAD funds depending on the location you're detected to be ordering from. All printed invoices will show Canadian dollar values because we are a Canadian company, but your credit card statement will show US funds if you are ordering from the USA.
There are NO DUTY charges applied to US or Canadian orders. Taxes do not apply to orders shipped to the US or outside North America, but do apply to orders destined for some Canadian provinces.

We strive to keep all products and teams on hand. However, from time to time we or our suppliers may temporarily run dry. We appreciate your patience, and will fill your order as soon as the item is back on the shelf. Pre-orders are accepted —OK, even recommended— on new merchandise we've told you about but haven't gotten in yet.
There's nothing like choice. Feel free to customize your jersey with the name and number you want. Your favorite pro player, your name, the options are endless. The letters and numbers will match your chosen jersey's style, unless you say otherwise. Double, maybe even triple-check your order before sending it our way; customized jerseys (even if you accidentally typed "Ice Hogs" instead of "Ice Dogs") are NON-CANCELABLE, NON-RETURNABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE!
Customizing online is a snap: simply locate the jersey you want customized and when you reach the product details page, enter all of your customizing info into the boxes provided. The name will appear on the jersey's back and the number on the back and sleeves just like the pros wear on the ice. If you want "C" or "A" on the front, let us know that too. We'll send you an email confirmation of your order within 48 hours, repeating the name, number, price and size of the jersey along with the customizing price. Our services don't end there, though. We can also work on jerseys you've already have, whether you bought it from us or somewhere else!
Delivery time for a customized jersey is normally around 3-5 weeks, but we can speed the process up if you need it sooner for an additional cost.
Very Important: Do not send us your jersey before talking to a customer service representative!

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but sometimes accidents happen between our warehouse and your address. If your package is damaged in any way, call 1-800-950-8201 or email
immediately after you receive it and tell us about it.Do not return the package without contacting us first
, and hang on to all the packaging. Our customer service department staff will give you the necessary instructions for its return and prompt replacement.
We can always try, but often this is like finding a needle in a haystack. Obviously the quicker you let us know (within 10 minutes of the order is preferable) the easier it is to cancel; however, once the order's made its way to our warehouse/shipping department, your chances reduce greatly. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! River City Sports' products are chosen very carefully and are of the highest quality available. If, however, you wish to return any item, please contact us and be sure to follow these guidelines:
• Inspect all merchandise on arrival. Incorrect, missing, or damaged merchandise must be reported immediately. When reporting missing or damaged items, retain all packaging materials as these may be required in satisfying any claim with the carrier.
• All returns must be authorized. Please call the River City Sports Customer Service Department, Monday to Friday at (800) 950-8201 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm (Central Time) for instructions and return authorization number prior to return of any merchandise or initiation of any claim.
• Re-wrap merchandise carefully and remember to display the return authorization number prominently on the package exterior.
• Eligible merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. We will credit you the entire amount less the original shipping and handling charges before any applied promotions. Items intended for gift giving should be identified as such at the time of order placement and arrangements for their return completed promptly after the appointed date.
• Personalized items such as customized jerseys, team and special orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
• Returning merchandise must be new and in re-stockable condition and include any factory packaging and hang tag literature. Clothing cannot be laundered and collector figurines must remain unopened.
• Return shipping costs will be refunded for those items determined to have a manufactured defect or caused by a verifiable error in the processing and/or handling of your order. Any such refund will not exceed the amount charged by River City Sports for the original shipment of the item. All other requests for exchange will be subject to our minimum shipping and handling charge.
• Defective merchandise may be subject to inspection by a factory representative prior to replacement or refund.
• Any shipments that are rejected for any reason are subject to actual shipping costs both ways.
• Please remember to include your receipt (if available) and/or a note that includes your name and address (or the name and address of the person who purchased it) and a brief description of how you wish your return to be resolved. A daytime phone number is always appreciated.
• Clearance merchandise may only be exchanged for other products, or store credit in cases where replacement products are not available.
• Gift Certificates are not refundable but may be transferred to another recipient or used as a credit by the original purchaser.
• Please allow approximately 2 weeks transit time prior to checking on the status of your returning shipment.
• If shipping from outside of Canada, please describe contents as "Canadian Goods Being Returned".
• Returning merchandise from the U.S. must travel exclusively by USPS (United States Postal Service). Do not attempt to ship by any "ground service" provided by UPS or FEDEX. Such shipments would be subject to duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. Returning packages subject to brokerage or duty will be refused.
• River City Sports will not be responsible for any returning shipment that is lost or damaged in transit. Any such claim should be directed to the carrier that was entrusted with the return of your package.
