To determine your cap size, measure around your head with a tape measure. If all you've got around the house are retractable measuring tapes, wrap a piece of string around your head and measure it when you're done. Works like a charm.

Once you've figured out your cranium circumference, use the chart below to figure out your cap size. For example: If your head is 22 inches around, you wear a size 7 cap.
